This economic transition ultimately affords a unique opportunity to investigate the possibilities and current limits for better working conditions for the young women who are enabling the development of capitalism in China.

intro理論部分很不錯。class gender和身體的intersectionality。也講到瞭Hoschchild的情感勞動，但是反對情感和身體的二分，身體可以做齣相同的錶現，産生何種情感卻不確定。反對sex/gender二分法，引用巴特勒。

總體寫得還是挺不錯的，強調bodily labor的重要性和embeddedness，就是組織社會學的部分比較無聊。。。
