The last 50 pages are breathtaking while the pre parts are really boring.

虽然小说的主角们都是孩子，但我不认为这是写给孩子们的小说，不少内容血腥暴力，氛围十足诡异，语言和主题也相当的figurative。不过我一定会让我的孩子在十岁之前读读这本书。

深刻，其实又比较内敛。残酷到近乎淡然。象征意味很浓。语言风味独特，值得多读几遍。
