王承略，1966年生。山东诸城人，山东大学古籍整理研究所副教授，文学博士，中国诗经学会会员。与王绍曾共同编纂《山东文献书目》、《清史稿艺文志拾遗》，整理张元济《百衲本二十四史校勘记》。与董治安共同编纂《两汉全书》、《二十五史外人物总传要籍集成》、《唐代四大类书》、《高享著述集林》等。并在《文史》、《文史哲》、《诗经研究丛刊》等刊物发表论文30余篇。
