评分阿蘭德波頓對本書裏的內容的錶述，並不能上升到科學的角度，但是從哲學的角度看待性與愛，顯得更加的客觀。從而可以用在生活中對身邊人物的瞭解。我喜歡讀其中的Problems of Sex.
