按照Tony Bush在Theories of Educational Leadership and Management裏的總結，將Educational leadership定義為Values集閤屬於主流定義的三種流派中的一種。這本書各章各節的內容討論偏細，對於我這種教育/管理學門外漢來說有點艱澀,恐怕需迴爐重造。14章“A feminist Perspective of Women Superintendents' approaches to moral dilemmas”對我來說視角蠻新穎，閱讀起來十分有趣。
