This is soooo good, so warm, with many many sweet stories from olden times. Absolutely love Dot Weems and the sarcastic tone she used when referring to her other half. Evelyn’s life crisis is equally touching. Have already downloaded the film but don’t plan to watch it, let the stories and characters remain what they are in my head.

时间线非常破碎，但反而更营造出了听老年人讲故事的感觉，想到哪儿说哪儿。Idgie角色塑造的太成功了，古灵精怪又善良勇敢，只是形象有些butch了。其实有很多伤感的故事，但藏在幽默和温馨的背后，似乎也没那么难受了。被归类到同志小说，但并没有很姬，是比较精彩群像。

从多角度来讲述一个无比暖心的故事，Idgie真的是人生目标了，而Threadgoode全家都太有爱了，从一开始就没有拒绝过Idgie和Ruth两人之间的感情。Evelyn从头到尾的自我觉醒也是相当真实。种族问题贯穿全书，书最后竟然有这样的出场故事真的是泪目了……结尾还包括了食谱！！真是不知道哪里是我最喜欢的一部分，就全都最喜欢好了。

很爱这本书，cp组得很合我胃口，其他角色也非常可爱，老一辈人的那种可爱。虽然整本书都在用轻松的语调讲述故事，但每个人的人生都各有各的沉重。在书中可以体会悲喜交加的人生。
