The adventures and misfortunes on the Thames of the three English friends and their pugnacious dog, Montmorency, provide rich humour, shrewd observations, lyrical reflections, and, predominantly, genially ironic perceptions of human fallibility. The sequel, Three Men on the Bummel, reunites the three friends for their 'Bummel' ('roaming or wandering') through Germany. A 19th century book which is still witty funny today

恩，不朽的游记。

新手上路，才多囧人囧事，关于出游，熟练后的闲庭信步虽然没啥不好，却不容易记住，即便尚有印象，也大同小异，你我他都知道去哪个餐厅点哪道菜去哪个经纬度拍照，相互点赞客套一番，挥手告别撂爪就忘……这本旱鸭子行舟记，状况百出，却一直记得，只可惜是别人的体验。

没记错的话是高中看完的。晚自习的消遣，看累了就找同桌同桌。只记得内容超级无厘头。没看懂。
