做了两年咨询，读这本书时真想和书抱头痛哭，句句说到心坎里。咨询这个行业，其实是一个人际关系行业。不知道作者有没有受“非暴力沟通”方法的启发，但是确实是非暴力沟通在咨询领域的应用。说到底，无论是生活还是工作，做一个真诚的人，一个真诚的咨询顾问。
