3x3 Magazine, the only international publication devoted to promoting contemporary illustration has produced its first annual devoted to the work of student illustrators from around the globe. 100 winners from art schools, colleges and universities in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand and Australia are featured in full-color along with contact information about each artist.

The book also honors the work of artist/educator Barbara Nessim as 3x3's first Educator/Illustrator of the Year. Barbara is a well-known, respected illustrator who has been the Chair of the Illustration Department at Parsons School of Design in New York. Her work has graced magazine covers as well as being exhibited in galleries all over the world.

Judges for this year's show included illustrators Seymour Chwast, Gary Taxali, Marc Burckhardt and Richard May from the U.K. as well as art directors/designers Ivan Contrell from the U.K. and Amy Demas from the U.S. as well as artist rep Kolea Baker.
