[譯者簡介] 袁天鵬：1998年畢業於北京郵電大學電信工程學院，期間任該校學生會主席；1999年赴美國阿拉斯加大學學習電子工程，留學期間任該校“學生議會”議員，開始接觸“羅伯特議事規則”。先後服務於中國電信和美國Sprint，負責通信網絡建設工作。2003年迴國創辦有限責任公司。2006年1月啓動本書的翻譯工作。2007年起在繼續本書的齣版工作的同時，展開關於“羅伯特議事規則”的推廣和培訓項目。2007年8月加入“美國議事專傢協會”（NAP）成為其在中國的第一名會員。被《南風窗》雜誌評選為“2007為瞭公共利益年度人物”。
