K，公元1948-），美国著名艺术史学者，毕业于美国哥伦比亚大学，获艺术和考古学博士学位，曾任波士顿大学艺术史和考古学系主任，《美国考古杂志》主编，耶鲁大学客座教授。现为波士顿大学教授。译者：李建群，现为中央美术学院美术史系教授，外国美术教研室教师，硕士研究生导师。主攻西方近现代美术史。1984-1987年中央美术学院美术史系研究生，获硕士学位；1987至今，中央美术院美术史系教师；1992-1993年，伦敦大学考陶尔美术学院访问学者，主修中世纪美术；2002年，伦敦大学大学学院美术史系高访学者，主修英国美术史，西方女性艺术研究。该书由李建群女士组织中央美院师生一流翻译团队集体完成。

从三月份一直读到了五月份，四月份下半月我开始记录时间，十五天大概读了三四十个小时，之前也是看了很久，沉甸甸钢铁般的一本书。 读的时候选择读的外美史部分，文艺复兴之前的历史明显读起来非常吃力，但是如果读下去会觉得这些文字介绍都非常让人能够理解当时艺术方式为何的...  

这这这，对比以前的版本就发现图片少了很多，小标题改了很多，看的莫名其妙。再对比英文版，就哭了。。。翻译的小伙伴请尊重下史实好吗？排版用心一点好吗？图文对照放一页好吗？这么厚的书排版能紧凑一点吗？你把图片拉那么大真的好吗？好吗？？？ 评分是给翻译和排版的，书本...

我是外行，刚发现这本书的PDF中译本和原版，对作者是谁很纠结，有人评论此书是加德纳的，比如12版前言中说的本书出版于1926年，海伦·加德纳怎么怎么不会想到60年后还有人在用这本书，但书封面又说是Fred S. Kleiner作者（12版还把人家名字弄错了，拼成了Craner）。所以我很纠...
