读后感

一本不错的自传。 因为我也是从事汽车行业，特意找来艾克卡的书来度。 工作要充满激情，不断努力，必然会迎来胜利的曙光。 虽然高处不胜寒，但是要敢于面对，不要放弃。 为了理想，为了尊严，更是为了证明自己。  

忘记哪里看来的，反正就说该书的作者很牛，还是本畅销书。还跟销售有关，所以在学校借了。 下面，复述下内容：主人公是个意大利移民，毕业后以推销汽车为生。在福特做到了很高的位置，却突然被老板辞退。于是转任克莱斯勒的高管，通过有效管理，将其业绩扭亏为盈，勘称业内的...  

很多书讲了很好的内容，但不够生动；很多书够生动，但内容实在不怎么样，艾科卡这本自传两者兼得，把非常精彩的内容讲得深入浅出实不多见。我先把其中的骨架抽出来，算是有用的东东，但有趣的内容还要看原文才有感觉。 艾科卡的父辈是第一代意大利移民，相信美国梦，成长过程...  

learned a lot how to survive in a really bad situation , how to compete as No.3 in the market. the part how he turned around Chrysler is a bit thin, get the government loan credit and get the k-car out, that's it? only if the book has double the pages!
