一本不錯的自傳。因為我也是從事汽車行業，特意找來艾剋卡的書來度。工作要充滿激情，不斷努力，必然會迎來勝利的曙光。雖然高處不勝寒，但是要敢於麵對，不要放棄。為瞭理想，為瞭尊嚴，更是為瞭證明自己。

早些年看得85年那版，老實說這位做過3大車廠中的2大的CEO關於自己經營與成長的記載並沒什麼亮點，個人認為書最精彩的地方在於最後關於美國政府與日本車廠的看法是非常令人贊同的，不過可惜的是20年前作者預言的日本將把飛機與電腦進口到美國沒有實現，取而代之的是中國把電腦賣...
