严格意义上不算读完吧，因为实在是借不到了。而且reading list要求看的前5章也基本看了一遍，还是比较basic的介绍了几个大型的国际组织，主要从历史的角度来分析，比如UN和盟军，重点是国际组织的历史演变和联合国的基本分析，只到了组成架构的程度，没有分析到之后的operiation和impact等等方面。之后的内容就不得而知了。过了一段时间后忽然察觉到的一个问题是出版年份2001年，在十年后的分析来说就显得观点太旧了。而且2001之后的一些重要国际事务如9.11 反恐都不能包含进去，为了时效性，再降一星
