首先说明打分完全是因为对新制度经济学的人观感不好。有一个问题，可能不算很大，先提一下。第134页里举的例子，其中已经假定随着责任规定的改变，每天一班车，每年的谷物损失是120美元，每天两班车，损失额将达到240美元。而在下面进行对铁路运营商责任进行豁免...

读到39页，实在是累得不行了，这书真不是人读的，翻译能不能再拗口一点啊！翻译的人都也算是有点水平吧，但这译文实在不敢恭维，经常一个句子要读好几遍才能读明白主谓宾结构，太生硬了，直译也不用这样吧！！太无语了。。。中国学术圈之浮躁可见一斑！

此书翻译颇为拗口，显示出译者功底欠佳，读了第一章就觉得累死了，换原版读吧，虽然速度慢点，但至少很享受！科斯的文笔很好，也比较容易读，有四六级水平的就可以读懂。科斯那篇The Nature of the Firm按照张五常教授的解释，译作《公司的性质》更为妥当，因为科斯研究的对象...

借用张五常教授的一句话来评价科斯的文章：科斯的文章表面意思不深，但要想读懂一定要往深处去寻。

科思的两篇经典论文是非常可读，而且能轻易在网上找到...这本书里只有两篇论文是科思专门写的。至于那两篇论文值不值得购买这本书呢，那就看情况吧。我给四星也是这个原因；科思的"The Problem of Social Cost"够五星。另"Social Cost"里最精彩部分是科思批评庇古理论（及庇古税）的部分，请读下去吧（约六十页）；只有前二十页是讲述著名的“科思定理”（斯蒂格勒语）。
