此書翻譯頗為拗口，顯示齣譯者功底欠佳，讀瞭第一章就覺得纍死瞭，換原版讀吧，雖然速度慢點，但至少很享受！科斯的文筆很好，也比較容易讀，有四六級水平的就可以讀懂。科斯那篇The Nature of the Firm按照張五常教授的解釋，譯作《公司的性質》更為妥當，因為科斯研究的對象...

藉用張五常教授的一句話來評價科斯的文章：科斯的文章錶麵意思不深，但要想讀懂一定要往深處去尋。

科思的兩篇經典論文是非常可讀，而且能輕易在網上找到...這本書裏隻有兩篇論文是科思專門寫的。至於那兩篇論文值不值得購買這本書呢，那就看情況吧。我給四星也是這個原因；科思的"The Problem of Social Cost"夠五星。另"Social Cost"裏最精彩部分是科思批評庇古理論（及庇古稅）的部分，請讀下去吧（約六十頁）；隻有前二十頁是講述著名的“科思定理”（斯蒂格勒語）。
