当时是冲着Penguin出版社买的，它家的纸张既干净又轻薄，很有质感。后来发现这本是King James Bible（Authorized version），和一般教会里卖的通俗易懂本不一样，很厚，除了《新约》〈旧约〉外还包括Apocrypha。所以，该书很适合买来收藏，平日里拿出来读两个福音书，很装X。实在读得没兴趣了，用来砸人，跟砖头一样好使，正所谓一书多用。而且该书并不是用泛黄带金边的教会用纸制成，不会轻易让不信教的人有亵渎感。
