Turner 的解读还是很深刻的，感觉韦伯说的基于对“合法性”信仰之上的合法性其实很后现代，貌似法学界很多引用韦伯的法律社会学都是在规范意义上说的，还评价韦伯的局限之类，简直不知深浅。。。
