其实主要就读了立法司法两章 虽然已经过去十多年 里面的一些见解还是有意义的 不过总觉得Peerenboom对中国的情况过分乐观了 大概以后有心情的话还会把它的另外几章翻开看看吧

对我这个外行来讲，这本书已经算集大成了吧。

This is written by someone who really knows something about China. Peerenboom did not have all the prescriptions, but he sure got the diagnoses right.

看了ch.1, 11, 12, conclusion。作者的态度蛮现实的，更强调技术型的薄法治，而非价值化的厚法治，只是在02年写作时未免乐观了点
