这本书是从shareholders value，mass market belief, stock option short incentive, company board governance, deregulation的一些长线问题方面来讲互联网泡沫多米诺式的展开和引爆。书不是按时序写的，但是叙事很流畅，文笔很好，很能感受到每个个人的自利削弱了整个系统。大略地描述了美国市场从80年以来的大事件以及一些美国市场比较重要的要素，很有收获的一本金融读物。作者观点偏federal regulation，书里在描述问题这里做的很好。

很可惜这本书几乎没人关注。这是我最近几年看过的最优秀的金融读物之一。读完这本书，你对人性的了解会更加深刻，很多看似疯狂的现象，仔细想一想，就会觉得不那么难以理解了。
