前有艱難險阻，後有圍追堵截，比起Bilbo的陽光下輕快的意外之旅，Frodo一行真是一路前行一路黑暗。到達Rivendell似乎喘瞭口氣，然而隻是剛剛開始。被霍比特的友誼打動特彆是Sam。一定要配閤地圖否則更加天書。倒裝句帶來瞭史詩美。

第十一本，因為論文的原因本來應該是看哈利波特的，結果在B站追花絮迷上這個瞭，索性看完。托老爺子功力實在強悍，輔助譯文，不自量力的想要瞭解各個詞語來源還是不靠譜。以前對阿拉貢沒什麼感覺的，結果看瞭"Fear not!"這兩段就迷上瞭，能夠理解傳說中因為太喜歡阿拉貢結果茶不思飯不想的英國女粉絲瞭

I got stunned by those overwhelming fancy names and riots of places. I had to resort to FANDOM for help every now and then. So intricate is the historical background looming around Frodo’s journey! Often I wander if this bewitching middle-earth did indeed exist, and if not, how could Mr.Tolkien score such éclat?!

第一份最好的生日禮物，好幾年以前的。可惜，買的是盜版的，字太小瞭看不清。詞匯很豐富，很生僻，絕對不是學英語的課本。
