和楼下的看法恰相反，觉得书名译得太俗了，再加上夸张的副标题，老实说如果不是看到网上大虾的推荐，很难第一眼对这本书产生兴趣。书还是写得很面面俱到的，它更象一本时时提醒你不要出投资偏差的工具书，告诉你不要为贪婪或恐惧的直觉所左右，而是以科学的态度进行股票投资，...

算是作者对于股权投资的悉心总结。前半部分梳理了一个大框架，后半部分则着重行业实例（可惜我没仔细阅读这部分)。总体来说在做任何投资前都可以把这本书拿出来看看，当自己没有分析的出发点时，按照此书的方法来就可以了。至于具体的财务分析、行业分析，虽然此书较浅，但顺着它的点继续往下深究也不失为好的研究方法。
