在維也納看Hasburg皇朝的遺跡，最好奇的是同時期為何法國大革命瞭，而Hasburg卻走嚮權力鞏固。拿這本比照著看，似乎有一些答案。同樣是貴族階級在中間阻礙維新，一國之君安於皇宮安樂窩，一國則積極繞過阻撓拉攏底層民眾。是一大因素吧～
