相当不错的一本书。对地理大发现之后的西方有了更多的了解，社会史观的切入点很好，插图也很棒。笔者研究深入又客观，而且相对小说那些比较好理解。文化是无穷无尽的，我们永远都是学习者。建议学英语的也可以看一下，语言很精炼。
