这本书充满了爱、宽容和理解，有亲情和友情。书中有美丽端庄的莫瑞太太，慈祥的父亲，脾气暴躁的麦格，沉着冷静的查理斯，有保护欲望的加尔文。另外，还有三位有趣的夫人，分别是沃兹特夫人、壶夫人、尾趣夫人。这真的是一本不错的小书。
