我是读The thing about Luck，很喜欢，然后找这作者的书看。相对那本，kira-kira我没读出更多的意思。 Kira-kira 人生常态，不管是谁的表现都在清理之中，所以没读出意思。我评价好书就是说这书有意思。

这是我第一个完整读完的英文小说，50年代日裔美国人的生活写照，也是一个小女孩在失去姐姐的过程中得到的成长与蜕变。

很感人。太感人了。越到后面越hold不住

以天真孩童心态为出发点去看待事物。刻画出异国成长孩童与原移民输出国的心理。不仅能让移民他国背景文化人士有同感，对幅员辽阔的海内他乡成长的游子也有一定的共鸣。

What a deep affection between brother and sisters! I'm quite sympathetic over Japanese-American's hard life in the 1960s.
