这是半导体物理里面的专著，很多人都把它视为圣经，而且确实也是产业界的圣经，但是我个人真心不太喜欢他叙述的方式，有的地方太突兀了，完全不知道公式从何而来。不过这也正是实验物理领域和产业界的人喜欢的吧，他们并不care这个细节。
