Alex Ferguson

Raised in the tough Govan district of Glasgow, where his father was a shipyard worker, Alex Ferguson started his own working life as an apprentice toolmaker. He went on to play for Queen's Park and five other professional football clubs including the idols of his boyhood, Rangers. Needless to say he was known as a hard and awkward opponent on the field as well as off it. Intelligent and quick-witted, Alex Ferguson followed his father's lead as a deeply committed socialist.

不打五星，只期待更好的自传。 我看了好几本自传，里皮、魔力鸟，但唯独弗爵爷这本最赞，因为里面有故事，有细节，更有许多职业足球俱乐部内我们外人所不了解的东西。 里皮的自传，偏向于讲有自己的思考，为啥会成功;鸟叔的自传更多是对自己教练生涯的回顾;而弗爵爷的自传更像...  

1 在我17岁之前，一直住在家里的一间老房子里。客厅里一台笨重的电视，便是连接世界的全部。 许多年以后，当我们通过想象、旁征博引去构筑所谓的“情怀”时，最初的记忆常常会不自觉地被窜改。譬如，99年足总杯的半决赛重赛，当吉格斯闯关成功，头也不抬地把球射入球门左上死...

第一次读完英文的书籍，感觉很不错。 弗格森的这本自传爆不少料，对于一些事件、决定还加入了很多自己当时的的想法，对小贝、基恩、范尼、C罗等，几乎每一个曼联的球员都提到了，当然重点球员都是单独一章来说的。这本书每个章节都是不同的主题，很适合没事的时候再翻看。我打...  

作为一个苏格兰人，在英格兰最大的俱乐部有如此成就，弗爵爷在这本自传里却更多展现了他真诚朴实的一面：从不太出色的球员、到经营小酒吧，到管理小球队，平时约几个老朋友打打牌，喝喝酒，简简单单，就如我们平凡的工作者一样。 弗爵爷给曼联带来的正是曼联所带给我们的：意志...

作为《Managing My Life》的续篇，本书是从第一次打算退休开始讲起的，重点是最近的12年。荣誉等身如弗格森，回忆往事时着墨甚多的并不是自己多牛逼，却多是对失败的反思和教训的总结，以及对曼联豪门风骨的传统和精神的传承及发自内心的自豪感。自传当然只是一面之词，与真相难免有距离，一些恩怨仍未完全释怀，从女神到基恩，那种不能从一而终的遗憾跃然纸上，也就容易体会出几分睚眦必报的执拗，但是历史本就无法完全还原，有缺点的人往往更可爱。PS：花了近10天工夫，第一次通读全英文书籍，竟是老头的自传，未遇多大障碍。甚是安慰

拉近中场与后卫线之间的距离, 利用中后场的人数优势控制后场的节奏, 一旦由中卫或者中前卫开始纵深的尝试, 务必依靠无球跑动和有球点的带动最快速度进入对方30 米区域. 另不要黑hendo, 他很厉害的!!!

爵爷单枪匹马打造了这个红色王朝，他的退休是一个时代的落幕。我不认为还有人能像弗格森这样执教曼联。莫耶斯不行，范加尔也不行。
