很沉重的一本书战争带来的伤害实在太可怕

进度50%，读不下去了，实在太致郁了，太抑郁……破碎的身体，破碎的精神，破碎的家庭，看不到什么希望，即使所有人都在努力，但有些东西失去就没有了。

非常推荐。虐得发抖，看到后面已经身心都僵了...而且不仅仅是士兵，还有他们的妻子，还有其他试图提供帮助的人，也都挣扎着尝试了，付出漫长的努力了，但还是看不到什么希望，一遍遍落下来。太无解太难过了。确实也不是说就全是军队战争的错。Trauma does't give a shit whether you're a military or a civilian. 但是毕竟战场上的刺激更大。而[这样的]战争又有几分值得。作者文笔很好很冷静，非常扎心。整个书的结构也好，把不同的人的生活构成交错的环，无解。 ps, 致谢名单里有CNAS的一些人，看到了Nate Fick还有Tom Ricks。刚发现这本书有出台版和简中版本。

just started watching Homeland when reading this book...soldiers with PTSD do have access to facilities, private or state-run, but neither is effective. made me wonder if the PTSD treatment sector should be corporatized.. really liked Finkel's voice, its clear and calm. enjoyed the book a lot
