R的基础内容覆盖比较全面，把基本和高级的用法分章节来讨论，适合初学者以及中级读者；其次，有几章是讲述R在统计方面的功能和应用，这部分很好，适合中高级的读者。因此，个人感觉书的内容比较充实，值得看看。
