這本書實在是非常非常的老，那麼老的書，特彆喜歡拿聖經裏的話齣來，然後解讀，然後應該怎麼做，我從來不覺得這些書裏麵的到底是錯的，隻是覺得強調的不是觀點的正確，而是如何行動。

首先我相信manifestation / law of attraction 並且願意去嘗試 不過這本書真的太水瞭 以宗教去綁架讀者判斷力 + 隻要good will right words就可以坐以待斃不勞而獲的例證 + 針對如何修改潛意識的方法 毫無理論支持. 純雞湯也不能如此失水準

最近壓力非常大，全靠雞湯提神。這本書的主題就是隻要信的足夠深，好運就一定會來，不用額外做什麼努力。可以說是瞎扯瞭。基督徒可能會覺得有用，畢竟因信稱義，早已訓練有素。普通人要達到這種程度的自我催眠，恐怕需要相當的決心、意誌和自我放棄。嘛，有一個自信的心態畢竟也不是壞事，可是應該去做的事情還是要做，不是裝齣沒有事的樣子就可以的。看wiki簡介可以發現，New Thought就和前一段的什麼吸引力法則是一迴事，而這本書的受眾定位為女性。可是說是很微妙瞭。
