津巴布韦的学者对自己国家历史的叙述。并没有局限在单一的民族主义视角下，而是将战争中的民族主义，种族主义或马克思主义等混乱的意识形态展现开来。翻译有些地方略显生硬，不过其实这是一本很好的地区研究著作（对不起看法变了！后殖民主义时期分析很精彩）虽然我现在对地区研究实在是没兴趣。
