俞发亮，特级教师，福建省厦门市教育科学研究院语文科主任，福建省语文学会副会长。所主编的《高中议论文课时写作教程》（文汇出版社），多次修订，以操作性、实用性为追求；新作《走近议论文》（福建人民出版社）于2014年问世。

近十多年来，于省内外报刊发表文章约150篇，其中十篇论文被《人大复印资料》转载；出版作品八部；到十余个省市作讲座50多场。
