太简单了，很多东西都是我所熟知的，建议根据自己的实际需求跳读。我只发现一节内容很有意思: create safe space, i.e., 怎样营造安全的氛围，让人能透露自己的真实想法/感情而不会担忧，非常好的问题。另外tell a story的点也算不错。以后有机会再读。
