Matt Haig was born in Sheffield, England in1975. He writes books for both adults and children, often blending the worlds of domestic reality and outright fantasy, with a quirky twist. His bestselling novels are translated into 28 languages. An interesting setting, a shitty story, some cliche plots, quite a few beautiful sentences

听说卷福在本书未出版前就买下了版权，决定将其拍摄成电影。我很好奇到底是怎样的一本书能有这么大的魔力。于是找来看看，看之前并没有很高的期望。但是看完后，感觉一般。语言很简单，很有表现力，最后开枪的情景到现在（看完已经有一个多月了）还有模糊的印象。只是整本书都以主人公的爱情作为主线让我感觉有点闷，内心活动却是描写得不错，但我觉得对我而言，视角稍微窄了点。英语初学者可以拿来读读，找找成就感。
