《精益創業》作者Eric Ries的新書，主要講像GE這樣的大企業如何引入精益創業的理念，還沒有中文版，我讀的英文版。所謂引入精益創業的理念，就是把MVP、科學實驗、迭代引入到工作中。從我接觸的公司情況來看，想要落地，必須要高層支持，在一些相對獨立的新業務，比較容易展開。我最近認識到精益創業的理念具有很強的科學性和普適性，在想怎麼幫助我們的一些傳統背景的客戶實踐起來。

大部分的內容在精益創業裏都有，他這裏有一個問題是比較難解決的：從大公司各個部門抽調齣來的創業團隊在創業項目失敗以後怎麼辦，公司還有位置給他們麼？實話說，如果這些人想創業的話，可能也就不會在一間大公司一直待下去瞭。但是像假設的作用，最小化的産品，以及快速驗證這些方法還是很有效的。以及他提到的“範圍蠕變”這個詞，也讓我收益不少，這是在商業活動中要尤其注意的事項。
