大凡上溯起每个家族的历史，四代人中，总会有那么些个被家族成员津津乐道的古怪之人： 总会有那么个美丽不可方物但早夭的姨婆或姑姥姥； 总会有那么个在家族中极具传奇色彩的冒险家娘舅； 总会有那么个落拓不羁的败家子； 也总会有那么个为道义捐躯的大善...  

我怀着无比崇敬的心情合上书的最后一页，然后写下从没有看完作品时，就在心中涌动的蛰伏已久的话。当中国当代的文学正向中国足球一样，在迷茫中不知所措的时候，拉丁美洲的文学却像暗处的花朵，在角落里绽放异样的光彩，也许暗处只是针对中国来说，因为没有考证过拉丁美洲文...
