豆瓣修改標記時看著想讀日期一陣心理鞭撻。紙書版被大大吐槽翻譯與排版，但沒有精讀的我感覺尚可，除卻其他人發覺的硬傷，許多晦澀處我以為是文風使然加上為瞭可以順利齣版的有意為之（理解錯瞭也沒事），看到譯者之一說刪掉瞭很多船也覺情有可原。而排版對我沒什麼不好，倒不...

九百多頁，背景設置在維多利亞時期的成人曆史故事我還是從頭到底一字不落地看完瞭。挺享受在那個時期和這些有意思的故事人物接觸，作者的語句清晰細緻，比起維多利亞時期的創作當然現代、易讀很多。Faber更善於描寫人物心理，將幾個主人公刻畫得很豐滿。但對我來說，還是總體感覺篇幅太長，感覺是可以在不影響全篇前提下減少一些的。或者增加一些除瞭三個主人公之外的人物塑造？不過再怎麼說，還是不後悔讀瞭這麼一本彆樣主人公的故事。

開始看覺得作者好作，鏡頭晃來晃去晃得頭好暈。。到中間稍好，好的小說裏麵沒有一塵不染的雪白，在汙穢裏綻放齣一朵骯髒而驚艷的花朵
