Chloé Doutre-Roussel has worked as a chocolate buyer at Fortnum & Mason in London and as head of confectionary at Ladurée in Paris. As agronomist by trade, she was employed by the UN before devoting herself to chocolate. She has worked in chocolate factories and shops, runs a chocolate appreciation society, and currently spends her time tracking down the world's finest chocolates. Chloé also runs chocolate-tasting courses and acts as an adviser to many of the world's top chocolatiers.
