读的是17年的第二版，作为一本讲basics的书，我觉得是合适的。对于操作程度来讲，似乎花了太多时间反复的讲表面层次的话，所举例也大都用互联网，这也是因为大吃小这种事在这个行业为多。对于各种名词和它代表的工作内容，这本书会做很好的解释，篇幅也不过长，算是良心之作。在bookzz上搜M&A大概第一本也是这个。
