最近很喜欢看些科普书。比如华裔物理学家徐一鸿先生的《可怕的对称》。世界万象中处处体现了对称与守恒之美。之前我读过几本关于物理的通俗读物，所以这本的三分之二都能看懂。剩下的能啃就啃一些。P.S.小小遗憾：本书翻译不佳，但不影响理解。

书内容很好，但翻译实在不怎么样。先说翻译问题。比如，大写的He专指造物主，也就是上帝。竟然全部翻译成“他”加一个着重号，这样处理简直匪夷所思。人名翻译不规范，而且英文姓名都有拼写错误的地方。提到有的科学家，一会用中文译名，一会用英文原名，不统一。Landau拼错...

一本很好的数。感觉作者是在一个美感和哲学的高度总结物理学，把当代物理学很好的总结为对称性和最小作用原理，而对称性又对应于守恒定律。而对称性又由群论来描述。总的来说，深入浅出，很有启发，行文也很流畅幽默，读来很有意思。
