围绕残联的创立发展，探讨state，body与残疾人身份的关系。探讨政府biopower的同时，没有忽视复杂的政策制定，国际关系等上层运作以及一般identity politic中常见的inclusive/exclusive，性别，城乡（抑或中央/地方），不同类型残疾的斗争，也涉及了残疾人对其身份的negotiation，不仅揭示了残疾身份的建构性，也揭示了其主体的流动性。田野比较扎实，没有按照外国理论的套路生搬硬套，中规中矩的好书，第二章精彩。只是感觉理论和分析可以再深入些。
