书中的work of art主要就指电影

（感性的力量），：好强。（这一版还附了对卡夫卡和普鲁斯特的评论，也好强。

《机械复制时代的艺术作品》确实是非常经典的艺术评论了，最重要的概念可能就是aura，艺术最早包含膜拜价值，当艺术被复制时，aura却不可被复制。这解释了当观众看演员本人在现场表演时，他具有那样的灵韵，而当演员对着可复制的机器表演时，那个只存在于即时即地的灵韵消失了。于是膜拜价值被削弱，观众站到机器的背后采取了检测与鉴赏的态度。另外，书里面还收录了两篇评论，关于卡夫卡和普鲁斯特的，也非常值得一看。

后来大概有一代人的艺术批评和理论和研究方向有借鉴本雅明吧！非常非常重要的一篇essay了，写得也很好。
