This volume documents the activities of Salsa Gumtape, a band consisting of mentally handicapped musicians. The members met at a school for the mentally handicapped, and were invited to the 1998 Art Paralympics. They went on to release a highly anticipated CD, one song of which became the hit theme song to a Japanese television show.
