评分裡面提到了一些關於lucid dream的資料,不過都略落後了,畢竟是95年成的原著。關於這方面的資訊還是直接看西方的書籍和研究比較好啊......我們這邊的引進實在是太少了。但這書本身作科普用倒是不錯的,挺全面,起碼看完以後你不會再說「我從不作夢。」這種話了。
