Mark Skousen is a professional economist, investment expert, universityprofessor, and author of over 25 books. Currently he holds the BenjaminFranklin Chair of Management at Grantham University. In 2004 – 2005,he taught economics and fi nance at Columbia Business School andColumbia University, Mercy College, an Rollius College. Since 1980,Skousen has been editor in chief of Forecasts & Strategies, a popular award -winning investment newsletter ( www.markskousen.com ).
