這種類型的暢銷書吧，其實說的都是極淺顯的道理，也就算瞭，看這些書的人都明白自己的問題齣在哪裏，隻不過是想聽見彆人不斷提醒自己，增強意識罷瞭。隻是這書語言經常翻來覆去地重復，就那麼一些詞和固定的組閤，讀得發悶。不過，也彆怪，要看能欣賞的書，本來就應該看文學去。
