The author has selected thirty-three coffee shops located in cities across the United States, including Ann Arbor, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Oakland, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Seattle.The thirty-three coffee shops (all visited by the author) are separated from the ordinary or common by being authentic, credible, unique, and having integrity and soul.
