读得爱不释手，废寝忘食，但是真的读完了觉得也就这样，其实她和Luc的关系比和Henry的更让人心动，应该多加些不舍和犹疑。为Luc心疼三秒。

喜马拉雅听完的。这种都市玄幻还是不浪费钱了。让我想起Black演的电影《时光尽头的恋人》。被死神诅咒的女子活了三百年的故事。写作手法也都是：开篇最少最后，慢慢时间合拢。不咸不淡。

我真的好喜欢V E Schwab的文笔啊，流畅自然，再经常附带一个会心的比喻。易地而处，我觉得我没有Addie的韧劲可以坚持这么久，日复一日的欢喜和心碎是怎么做到的。冬日煮一杯咖啡，看作者一点点展开，一点点推进，没想到会如此享受这本微煮慢炖的故事。2021读完的第二本好书。

国外那么火的小说，国内只有这点分…对一个魔幻言情小说要求是有多高。也是好奇才买来读，一个经典的浮世德框架，开篇很多小女生的内心独白与抒情，从18世纪初的法国开始，终于2014及之后2年的纽约/伦敦，130多页男女主才相遇，前半本很慢热。定位young adult（非我喜欢的类型了…），字里行间能看到王尔德的影子，独立人设、LGBT与近10年NYC各种文艺小场景，开始于独立小书店的爱情，很多年轻人会爱上的点。习惯了这种层层抒情的叙事方式后后半本才进入主线情节，是个很甜也很虐的爱情故事，中间也读到欲罢不能，各种反转，甚至结尾也不是最终的结局，还埋了个续集的种子。个人喜好上语言不是我的菜，设定也有些bug，甜虐的商业气息只值得我的3星吧。好奇是否会影视化呢？
