评分公司统一的管理层培训,处在一个尴尬的有名无权无兵的管理岗是不够资格参加这个培训的,但是其他的经理热心的给了我这本书,我自己的老板都没能这样build trust啊。Anyway,我的top 5是intellection,deliberative, relator,lerner and analytic,大体跟过往的测试没什么太大的区别。我想我应该会是一个目标导向的领导,为了实现目标会去研究下属的需求并满足可以满足的,以期实现目标。reason people follow: trust, compassion, stability,hope,真真希望我所有的老板能明白这一点
